Guideline

Participants are kindly invited to register in advance for the congress. On-line pre-registration starts on May 1, 2014 and will close on July 7 July 14 July 17, 2014. After the pre-registration closes, you are kindly requested to register on-site from July 20, 2014.

Note: Accommodation and transportation fees are not included.

Payment

Registration fees must be paid in Japanese yen by credit card.
Credit cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard, JCB and American Express. Please provide all necessary information (account-holder's name, account number and expiry date) as requested on the Online-Registration Form. Personal checks and bank transfer will not be accepted.

Payments for hotel accommodations should be made by yourself.

Registration Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be emailed or faxed and refund of registration fees will be as follows:

1. Refunds will be made when written notice of cancellation is received by the Meeting Secretariat by June 30, 2014.
2. Cancellations made by June 30, 23:59 on Japan time, 100% will be refunded.
3. Refunds will not be made for cancellation requests received after July 1, 2014.
4. All refunds will be made after the Meeting.
5. Remittance should be made by bank transfer under the participant’s name.
6. Any handling fees charged for bank transfers must be paid by the participant.
